Terms of service & acceptable use
Use Hushymaily for legitimate privacy and testing tasks. Understand the limits of a temporary inbox.
Appropriate use
Use the service only for lawful, authorized activities and in accordance with the rules of any other service you interact with. Temporary email is suitable for limited correspondence and software QA; it is not a method for evading bans, CAPTCHA, account limits, or identity checks.
Fraud, phishing, spam, harassment, credential theft, malware, and unauthorized access are prohibited. The operator may restrict addresses, domains, traffic, or senders to prevent abuse. Report suspected misuse through the contact form.
Temporary means temporary
Addresses and messages expire. There is no recovery after expiration or deletion, no guaranteed delivery time, and no guarantee another provider will accept a temporary address.
Do not use the service for banking, healthcare, emergency communication, important account recovery, or any record you must retain. Use your permanent, secured email account for those purposes.
Receive-only service
Release 1 receives incoming email and does not send mail or provide a public SMTP relay. Unsupported or oversized messages and attachments can be rejected. Supported attachments are not malware-scanned and must be treated cautiously.
Premium subscriptions
Premium website subscriptions cost USD $9.99 billed monthly or $59.99 billed yearly, plus any taxes shown at checkout, and renew automatically. Stripe handles payment details. Manage billing in the premium workspace to view invoices, update payment methods or cancel at the end of a paid period. No trial or refund guarantee is offered; contact the operator about billing issues and applicable policies.
Paid access requires verified billing confirmation. Premium includes up to ten simultaneous inboxes and 100 MiB shared storage. Each inbox starts at 24 hours and can be extended while subscribed to seven days from creation. An expired or deleted inbox cannot be recovered. After a subscription ends, new inbox creation and extensions stop; existing inboxes retain their displayed expiration.
Your premium access key authorizes the workspace and billing portal. Save it securely before purchase. There is no password or email recovery for workspace access, and losing the key does not cancel billing. For billing assistance use your provider receipt; never send the key or private messages to support. Native in-app purchases, custom receiving domains and outgoing mail are not included.
Advertising and availability
Public guides may contain clearly labeled ads after the required consent. There are no incentives to click ads. Artificial impressions, automated clicks, and advertising manipulation are prohibited.
The service can be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, network failures, or abuse controls. No uptime or delivery-time guarantee is offered. Contact the service operator at contact@hushymaily.com or through the contact form for support, billing or privacy questions.
