What is included in the native app?
- Create an inbox and copy its disposable address.
- Read incoming messages in a native, plain-text reader.
- Copy a clearly identified verification code locally.
- Extend or permanently delete an active inbox and its messages.
- Keep the active inbox capability in the device-only Keychain.
- Switch between dark and light appearance.
One service, consistent privacy rules
Inbox access requires its secret capability, not just an address. The app checks messages only while active and clears expired local inbox state. It does not claim automatic web-to-app syncing, recover expired inboxes or send outgoing email.
The first native version lists attachments as unscanned and does not download them. Authorized attachment downloads remain available in the separate web inbox. The native message reader does not execute email HTML or load tracking images. Website advertising remains on public information pages, outside private inboxes.
Why does this page say “in development”?
The iPhone app has not been released. Device testing, accessibility checks and App Store review must be completed before a download is available.
The public release will connect to hushymaily.com after email routing is activated. Development inboxes currently use a local test service.
Start in your browser today
The responsive web inbox already supports phone-sized screens. It uses a separate browser session: creating a native inbox will not silently import an existing browser inbox.
