A few things before you subscribe
How long do premium inboxes last?
Each starts at 24 hours. An active subscriber can extend it in 24-hour steps up to seven days from creation. You must extend before it expires. Expired and deleted mail cannot be recovered.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Subscriptions renew at the selected monthly or yearly price. Use Manage billing in your workspace to view invoices, update payment details or cancel in Stripe’s portal. Cancellation at the period end keeps benefits until the paid period expires. No trial or refund guarantee is offered.
What happens if I lose my access key?
The key controls the workspace and billing-portal access. Save it before checkout. There is no email/password recovery for the workspace. For billing assistance, contact support using your Stripe receipt, without sending your key or private messages.
What happens when my subscription ends?
You cannot create or extend premium inboxes. Existing inboxes keep their displayed expiration and may be read or deleted with the correct key until then. Storage limits still apply.
Will I see ads?
Premium turns on ad-free browsing on this browser and the workspace never loads ad scripts. Advertising infrastructure remains available on free public pages. Free users can also disable advertising in the privacy controls.
Does this purchase unlock the iPhone app?
This subscription is for the website. The native app is still in development and does not yet support premium access or in-app purchases.
